在小眾香水的市場裡，LELABO特別的出眾。誕生於法國東南部的葛拉斯，香水產業的歷史重鎮，位於法國南方的蔚藍海岸上。創辦人EdouardROSCHI與FabricePENOTD，2006年二月開設了第一家專賣店，於紐約開始扎根成長。LELABO所追求的是最低限度的殘酷，創造兼具美學的香水。若從原料供應商到門市，都盡其所能的使用再生能源、可回收的包裝及提倡香水的重複填充。所有產品都不含石化成分以及Sodiumlauryl sulfate (SLS)。

LELABO的香味靈感都是來自於創辦人的特別感受；可以來自調香師的工作台、與人的交流、飲食、一場熱水澡或是一本書。

Le Labo’s Santal 33 eau de parfum is born from the memory of an old Marlboro advert - its defining image of the spirit of the American West and all its implied ideals of masculinity and personal freedom. In olfactory form, this unisex scent opens with cardamom, iris, violet and ambrox, while spicy, leathery and musky notes bring an addictive comfort.

使用了荳蔻、鳶尾花、紫羅蘭、龍涎香，並結合澳大利亞檀香，雪松，併發出帶些許煙燻調的辛辣、皮革香，讓檀木香33擁有獨特的吸引力及舒適感，在柔軟中卻又帶著些許自然陽剛氣息，特別的燻木香氣賦予至中性特質。
